Text: Deut 8:18
But you shall [earnestly] remember the Lord your God, for it is He Who gives you power to get wealth, that He may establish His covenant which He swore to your fathers, as it is this day.

Message:
Poverty is the situation where by people's need;cloth,shelter and food are not met. If any of the three or all is not available,then. There is poverty. In addition, when these needs are not adequately provided then there is poverty.
When you wash pampers and use it again it is poverty
  Bible talks about poverty in 2,000. Places in the bible because its a serious issue.
   Power to make wealth
1.  It is the Lord that gives power to make wealth
2. If I couldn't get my portion of wealth in life when my father is the owner of everything then something is wrong
3. Pro.20:13 if you sleep too much you will be poor

  Why poverty must die?
1. God hates poverty
2. Because you must grow spiritually,poverty makes growth difficult
3. Poverty will make people belittle your God.
4. God wants you to be rich
5. Because it will be difficult to serve God
6. It hinders evangelism
7. It causes most matrimonial crisis.
8. It open door to disease,sickness etc

Why christians are poor
1. God will not give you what will kill you
2. Many dont know how to sow
3. Many limit God in speech,thought and plaining
4. Many stay in wrong business/profession
5. They give room to the enemy
