Topic: Discipline, the mark leadership. Pt.1

Text:Hebrew 12:11
  Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.



Message:
  Discipline is the ability to put your appetite, desire and relationship under a check, ability to say NO to evil or some thing wrong in the absence of monitoring.
  In leadership we need to maintain high level of discipline so as to produce quality leaders. Many indiscipline Christians are being put in the place of leadership and make discipline a rare virtue in the church, nevertheless God wants us to discipline ourselves so that Christians can be respected once again by the world.
  Whenever ever you don't like to be checked and monitored by people above you, its a sign of indiscipline.
    Tomorrow will look at how to build a disciplined leadership.
