Topic: Understanding Pride Pt.2

Text: 1Peter 5:5
   Likewise, ye younger, submit yourselves unto the elder. Yea, all of you be subject one to another, and be clothed with humility: for God resisteth the proud, and giveth grace to the humble.

Message:
  Pride is the reason why some families, churches, company etc will never experience peace. 
1. Pride will make it difficult to say sorry to your partner when you're at fault.
2. Pride makes leaders or boss to ignore respect for their employee or Junior officers even in the body of christ.
3. Pride is the reason why some senior pastor will not allow young pastor to minister in a special program.
4. Pride is the reason some young pastors will not submit themselves for discipleship under another pastor or senior pastors.
5. Pride is the reason why some students can't introduce their parents to their friends.
6. Pride is the reason why some people do some people run another man's race just to prove they can do it.
7. Pride is the reason why some give:,they want to prove to people they are rich and are giving to God's work.I call that (Cariminism) ostentation.

Note:
  Pride makes you run and see life as competition, which is not.stop competing with people's live your live and let others do.

Prayer:
  I refuse to run another man's race in Jesus name.
