Topic: Rise and Possess your possessions

Text: Joshua 18:3
  So Joshua said to the Israelites: “How long will you wait before you begin to take possession of the land that the Lord, the God of your ancestors, has given you?

Memorise: Joshua 18:2
   but there were still seven Israelite tribes who had not yet received their inheritance.

Message:
  The fact about the promised land is that God has given it to the Isrealites long ago,even He brought them to the land; flowing with milk and honey and the best land on earth according to me, but nevertheless it got to a stage that Joshua had to tell the Isrealites who has not received their portion to rise and take it because many Christians are in that category,alot of promises but no fulfilment. Implications;
1. The promises of God for you needs your active and consistent prayer
2. You don't sit and wait for the promise but you rise and take the promised land
3. God will not drive your enemy out but will be with to drive them out.
4. God expect you to be in charge of your promised land.
    Life is not ready to give you the promise of God but what is available and free and you can't be different by the general blessings ,so you need to rise to your feet to demand and claim what belongs to you.

Note:
  If you fold your hands you will only get what others are getting but when you rise you possess what no one has possessed.

Prayer:
  I receive understanding and power to take over my portion both physical and spiritual in Jesus name.
