Text: 2Sam 21:20-21
In still another battle, which took place at Gath, there was a huge man with six fingers on each hand and six toes on each foot—twenty-four in all. He also was descended from Rapha.
When he taunted Israel, Jonathan son of Shimeah, David’s brother, killed him.
Memorise: 2sam 21:22
These four were descendants of Rapha in Gath, and they fell at the hands of David and his men.
Message:
The writer of bread of life once said 'it takes a chicken to train a chicken likewise its takes a lion to raise a fearless lion' in Journey of life as I learned from King David if a man will be become great he must walk in the company of great men,David killed the ever first trouble maker Goliath of Gath while his warriors killed the other remaining brother and relatives of Goliath. You need to learn from others nomatter how great, rich or annointed you are, in each generation only one giant killer will be given just like David while he must train others to become giant killers even in ministry, economy and educational sector.
A colleague of mine gave a theory after his name called Igecian's theory which stipulates 'I will not stop the pursuit of success until am classified among the successful or the greatest' learning from the great is a way to become great.
Note:
If you join the company of the lazy you will become lazy,or the company of sinners you will become like them, watch and move with right people.
Prayer:
Oh Lord reposition my life, ministry and family that I maybe classified among the greatest in Jesus name.
