THE RIGHT MINDSET.

   Don’t be selfish; don’t try to impress others. Be humble, thinking of others as better than yourselves.

   Don’t look out only for your own interests, but take an interest in others, too.


Memorise: Phili.2:5
    You must have the same attitude that Christ Jesus had.

Message:
    There are issues that the spirit of God is raising with us here:
1. We must not be selfish;in doing this don't impress others. Many christians have become oppressors of brethren just because they lack knowledge, they talk about how much God helped them,things they acquire and properties while the person listening is almost a church rat; at times some oppress by wearing highly expective clothes and cars,is not a sin to do these but your mind makes it wrong,if  motives is wrong.
2. Be humble; how to be humble is to think of others better than yourself ; don't be consumed by your academic qualifications,economic power,financial strength and spiritual abilities,think of others to be better than you,that's humility.
   God wants us to be concerned and look out for others not our own family and children alone church members alone.

Note:
   Let this mind be in you as Jesus have,when he did not see it as cheating to leave his glory and took the form of a man and even obey, if Jesus could obey then who are you to be wearing shoulder pads?

Prayer:
  Oh Lord give me the kind of mind that Jesus have.
