Text: Gen.1:2-3
2  Now the earth was formless and empty, darkness was over the surface of the deep, and the Spirit of God was hovering over the waters.
3  And God said, “Let there be light,” and there was light.

Message:
       The fact about new beginning or new year is that you must work in the light and put to an end all work of the darkness. Vs 4 says God saw that the light was good. The only way to start a new year is to put all work of the devil to shame,stop those sinful act of last year and walk in the light of God.
      The word of God will work for you if you walk in the light of God,as you walk in the light of God this year may your little effort bring about great result in Jesus name.
   A song says ' this little light of mine am going to let it shine( 2×) let it shine (3×) make every effort to shine this year because the year is full of opportunities and  whatever name you call them they shall for you,don't forget no one can resist the light.

Note:
    Light your shine by positive  in the darkness and darkness can not overcome it.so let it shine.

Prayer:
  Oh Lord I receive a divine grace and mandate to take over in 2017 in the name of Jesus.
