The King's offer.

Text: Daniel 1:5
   The king assigned them a daily ration of food and wine from his own kitchens. They were to be trained for three years, and then they would enter the royal service.

Memorize: Daniel 1:8
  But Daniel was determined not to defile himself by eating the food and wine given to them by the king. He asked the chief of staff for permission not to eat these unacceptable foods.

Message:
   Food of the king is the best offer a man can be given to honour him, but Daniel refused this offer, can we call him a fool for such decision?  If you are given such opportunity what will you do?  I have come to this realisation about life;
1. Not all that glitters are gold.
2. If you like everything you will fall for nothing.
   Many opportunities are available in forms of job,relationship,business,admission etc but they are King's offer which is ment to do one thing,  and this is to defile you. Many had taken the offers of the king in form of admission,travelling overseas, etc which has led them into the Journey of no-return; they can't undo the decision they have made.
     Many are with the kings and they have defiled themselves, you have to choose either to eat King's food and be defiled or you eat the regular food and remain  pure for God Almighty.

Note:
   Daniel determined not to defile himself,so you must also determined not to be defiled as well. Because those that are defiled will not be allowed to sit on the throne with God.
