Spiritual leadership 1.

Text:Matthew 26:36
  Then Jesus went with them to the olive grove called Gethsemane, and he said, “Sit here while I go over there to pray.”

    One day as he saw the crowds gathering, Jesus went up on the mountainside and sat down. His disciples gathered around him,

Message:
   The importance and the sensitivity of leadership propelled  God to focus on leaders; when Jesus called the disciples to the mountain side and teach them,he did this because;
1. The salvation of the leaders will determine the if the members or followers will be saved or not; if leader have not experienced the salvation they can't produce followers with such experience.
2. When leaders are well fed they will take good care of the followers and the problems in the church today will be solved.
3. If the leader are not right with God members of the church can never be right because life beget life.
    The reason above are some of the reasons God created more attention on leadership and lifes.
   So if God is bringing people and words or opportunities your way don't joke with it because God has purpose for you.

Note:
   We need to start acting like our father who uses his best resources on building his children(leaders) rather than building big auditorium when the leadership is dieing which is our focus.

Prayer;
1. Oh Lord I receive grace to be committed to your attention to my life.
2. I refuse to be a waster of divine resources on my life.
3. I frustrate every spiritual power working to waste my life,destiny,family and ministry in Jesus name.
