God is not a respecter of anyone

Text 1sam 15:20-21
But I did obey the Lord,” Saul insisted. “I carried out the mission he gave me. I brought back King Agag, but I destroyed everyone else.
Then my troops brought in the best of the sheep, goats, cattle, and plunder to sacrifice to the Lord your God in Gilgal.”

Memorize: 1sam 15:3
Now go and completely destroy the entire Amalekite nation—men, women, children, babies, cattle, sheep, goats, camels, and donkeys.”

Message:
The instructions above  was what God gave Saul to carry out,but Saul didn't kill all of them,  Many Christians today, is that not what we do?
"When bible says mortify your mortal body.....  We keep him (meaning instead of killing your self and be delivered from it)
We try to be an hero by managing the sin, stop managing your sin.
Which sin are you covering?  It will disgrace you very soon!  God can't help or respect a child who disobeys him
God is powerless when we walk in disobedience and we hide our sin

Secondly, They destroy only what was worthless or of poor quality.
Anything you so much value in life above God will make you sin against God
That is why most prayers in the churches today is all about prosperity, protection and wealth!
We so much value those things, those things are of higher value to many so they go on to disobey God, are you not doing the same?

Kill the  love and desire of the worldly wealth and the pleasure in your life, then you can please and obey God.

Note:
Do not love this world nor the things it offers you, for when you love the world, you do not have the love of the Father in you.

Prayer:
1. I refuse to spear Agag(flesh) in my life again, help me put him to death.
2. I lose desire for worldly pleasure in Jesus name.
