Sustaining your prayer altar Pt.3

Text: Lev.6:12
The fire on the altar is to be kept burning; it is never to go out; every morning the priest is to put wood on it, placing the burned offering in order on it, and there the fat of the peace-offering is to be burned

Memorise: Luke 11:2
And he said to them, When you say your prayers, say, Father, may your name be kept holy and your kingdom come

Message:
There are many prayer warriors who doesn't have altar before God,prayer is a lifestyle that begins from your heart if your heart is not registered then no prayer altar before God.

Sustaining your altar is a deliberate action.....

1. Don't pray because you want people to know you can pray very well, speak in tongues so that people can notice you(I call that Notice me).

2. Quality praise or worship comnects your heart faster, make it a principle, learn it and practice it. Learn new songs of worship give it to God on your altar . The aroma will always attract him.

3. Holiness;  When your life is holy and pure before God will be happy and comfortable  to come down on your altar for communion, but if you're sinner or impure Christian God can't live on your altar.

4.  You deliberate create time for prayer; don't prayer only when you have time but you must plan it and prepare for it.

5. Adequate knowledge of the bible comes from deep and consistent study of it and which is one of the ways to keep fire burning on your altar; some people will say they don't know what to pray about, its because they don't have the word of God in them.
When you spiritually study the bible then the word of God is fire in your bones and on your altar.

   .......To be continued. .....

Note:
If God didn't live on your altar (heart) then it's an opportunity for  demons to enter, so you can be praying and still be oppressed by demons if you are not clean for God(The Spirit of God) to live in you.

Prayer:
Oh Lord purge my life with the blood of Jésus and let my altar be consecrated unto you alone ...In jesus name.
