  Apostle paul said I beat my body daily. beating is because he has to bring his body under subjection. Nobody actually in christianity becomes born again and consistently walk without a deliberate consciousness and grace of the holy spirit.
   we must actually come out of ignorance and believe that one will become born again we can live the way we like apostle paul as one of the apostles give this clear instruction I beat my body I control my body I bring it under subjection. There are certain steps to be taken in putting our body and building under subjection
