TOPIC: PURPOSE REDEFINED. 1

TEXT: ROM 9:17

   For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth.

Bible verse: Exodus 9:16

    But, for this very reason, I have kept you from destruction, to make clear to you my power, and so that my name may be honoured through all the earth.

Message:

    There are many misconceptions about purpose, but I trust the holy Spirit to help us understand it and live in it.

      A man that doesn't know his purpose will surely exist,even he can affect lives but would not have done it in alignment with God's plan for him.

      There can be two forms of purpose; a negative purpose and a positive purpose; a purpose is negative when it's to cause pain, destruction and calamity to one's self or others e.g; ROM 9:17

       For the scripture saith unto Pharaoh, Even for this same purpose have I raised thee up, that I might shew my power in thee, and that my name might be declared throughout all the earth.

     So when Pharaoh started misbehaving and his heart was hardened,yet it was God's purpose because there is plan for it.

      While the second purpose is positive and the example of such can be found in the scripture Exodus 9:16

  But, for this very reason, I have kept you from destruction, to make clear to you my power, and so that my name may be honoured through all the earth.

Note:

   Purpose is made even before we were born and also purpose comes with our salvation; The Purpose redefined.

Prayer:

 Lord help me to discover my purpose in life and live in it to the fullest in Jesus name.
