And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:
Message:
It's a command because we are expected to yield to it,Because walking with God or for God must be with new man not the old nature.
The putting on is made easy as we learn from the scripture and deliberately imbibing the nature of christ.
Though putting on the new man may not be a popular life style but it is the only acceptable means of spiritual living.
Note:
I have walk with God yet inside the old man,but the experience was a disaster for me, so you can't end well until you put on the new man.
Life is simple and easier when the new man is in charge.
