INTRODUCTION
There two types of life a man can live,a live in the spirit and life in the flesh (physical or canal) life in the spirit is the desire of God for all His children and the only way to live above temptation and natural life is a life in the spirit and as this because a necessity each day due to the different signs of the end time and evil at increase which many live just crash without any sign,we need to understand what is happening than what we use to know.
WHAT IS LIFE?
The state that follows birth, and precedes death; the state of being alive and living.
The period during which one (a person, an animal) is alive.
WHAT IS SPIRIT?
A supernatural being, often but not exclusively without physical form; ghost, fairy, angel.
LIFE IN THE SPIRIT.
Since we need to be born into the world before we can start to live,so also we need and must born in the spirit before we can live in the spirit.
'If your not born again you're not living'
Jesus replied, “I tell you the truth, unless you are born again, you cannot see the Kingdom of God.”John3:3 when you are born again by the Spirit then you automatically become a spiritual being, The journey of spiritual life starts the day you became born again
Meaning; if you are not born again you have not started living
WHAT DOES IT MEANS TO LIVE IN THE SPIRIT?
Gal 5:16 (the message ) My counsel is this: Live freely, animated and motivated by God's Spirit. Then you won't feed the compulsions of selfishness. For there is a root of sinful self-interest in us that is at odds with a free spirit, just as the free spirit is incompatible with selfishness. These two ways of life are antithetical, so that you cannot live at times one way and at times another way according to how you feel on any given day.
NIV.:So I say, walk by the Spirit, and you will not gratify the desires of the flesh.

NIV:For the flesh desires what is contrary to the Spirit, and the Spirit what is contrary to the flesh. They are in conflict with each other, so that you are not to do whatever you want.
A very simple for me to start the exposition is that; after you become born again you must not allow your self to do things that the flesh (body) like to do. The spirit of God that connects your spirit to God is active and you to start relating with him by;
1: Listen to him and respond when speaks
2; Obey what he says,even it's unreasonable
3: read the bible to strengthen his communication
4: Prayer always and in the spirit to make him active and develop in you.
This Life in the spirit is powered by the holy spirit meaning you need to maintain a constant walk and go to places or hear things that will make him stronger.
A WINNING DOG
allow me to tell you the story of a winner dog; there was a man that had many dogs and use them to fight but any time he brought dogs the dog he mentioned to win must surely win, and one day when the man is old, one of his children came to ask daddy tell us so that you will not die with the wisdom behind the prediction of the winning dog. The old man smiled and said after each fight I put all other dogs together but the one wants to win next time I will seperate him and give him a full attention in feed and care so when the time to fight come his stronger than other dogs, I know he must win.
Lesson from winning dog.
If you want your spirit to be winning and and live in the spirit you must feed your spirit man very well. Many Christians has never read half of the bible for over 8 or 10 years of salvation and you want to live in the spirit, it's not possible you will only be doing ON and OFF in the spirit because you are not feeding.
My Discovery
I discover that over the years many Christians have the problem of hearing constantly from the Holy spirit, even some men of God are into the confusion that God speaks when it was the flesh that spoke. Why? Because whatever you feed must surely be stronger than the other.
Some of us were taught at salvation level to do our devotion every morning and night but my question is how many times do you put food in your mouth or do anything for your flesh in a day? Then why must your bible ready be just once or twice in a day? Read as many times as possible, it's a key to get connected to the realms of the spiritual life.
IMPLICATIONS OF LIFE IN THE SPIRIT.
John 3:8 NIV: the wind blows wherever it pleases. You hear its sound, but you cannot tell where it comes from or where it is going. So it is with everyone born of the Spirit.”
NLT:The wind blows wherever it wants. Just as you can hear the wind but can’t tell where it comes from or where it is going, so you can’t explain how people are born of the Spirit.”
You become too cumbersome and difficult to predict because, your thought,action and life both decision and success are impossible in human knowledge and mind;
1. You need to do expoit in life then start to live in the spirit.
2. If you must fulfil the mandate of God for your life you need to start a deep life in the spirit.
