A STEP BACKWARD

TEXT: 2 Peter 2:21
  It would be better if they had never known the way to righteousness than to know it and then reject the command they were given to live a holy life.

  They prove the truth of this proverb: “A dog returns to its vomit.” And another says, “A washed pig returns to the mud.”

MESSAGE:
    In the Journey of life and over the years, have discovered that many Christians step backward in the Journey when the Journey is getting tough or they get older but the deception there is that some out of many will still be going to church but have lost the first connection or contact they had with Jesus, are you still connected? .
    Passage above says it is better not to know the righteous  way than to know it and later turn back from the path, do you know many Christians that said doing 'this' is a sin and doing 'that' is also bad few years ago are now living and doing what they said it's must not be done,are you going forward or you have taken a step backward?; The way to know is to talk with people you know about 5 to 7 years ago let them describe who you were few years ago then you know your present stage(such assessment is valid and needifull)
      At the junction if your case is like a dog who has returned to his vomit you need to cry for help; if those things that are sin to you before are now your lifestyle then you need to return to the cross the source of grace ,that you might restored.
