Where are my burden bearers?

Text: Matthew 26:36-46
   And he cometh unto the disciples, and findeth them asleep, and saith unto Peter, What, could ye not watch with me one hour?

Memorize: Matthew 26:45
  Then cometh he to his disciples, and saith unto them, Sleep on now, and take your rest: behold, the hour is at hand, and the Son of man is betrayed into the hands of sinners.

Message.
    There are levels in leadership :and at the level of leadership so jesus brought Peter James and John from away from the level of the 12disciples to anothe level,same with you God giving opportunity to go further above other. Jesus was under pressure  and he needs the help of burden bearers but they disappointed him because they were weak in the spirit,no matter how a follower is committed weakness in the spirit will make him or her fail and disappoints. There is general asumption that people think we can do it but when the reality comes or is done on them,they can not go forward,
  Where the spirituality of the my leaders stops is where mine should begin;that should be your slogan and pattern
  There are times you and I need to leave others family circle,Excos circle and seek God personally, you are expected to do something usual. Leadership means you going ahead of others.
   Every leader must be able to go back to where we left  fellowers so that we can find out what they are doing, a good leader will always remember your followers no matter the level reach don't forget them because they need you.

Note:
    You don't live at the level of your followers,desire and strive to see farther.

   Oh lord raise faithful burden bearers for my ministry and work committed to my hands in Jesus name.
