Introduction : What is rest? Rest is to be free from stress and up and down,a condition absence from trouble.  Life is set to enter rest when such life is free from persue and desire of the world. Rest is not in the world,only in Christ so before you çan access rest you need God,be born again.                                        Hebrew 4:1 herefore, since the promise of entering his rest still stands, let us be careful that none of you be found to have fallen short of it.                               God is the giver of rest that is why He promised us. Rest is also a state of inner peace over every issues in your heart,a state of abundance.             Note something; state of abundance does not mean physical things or material but spiritual conception and fulfilment in God's word
