TOPIC : BUILDING A HOME. Pt.1

Introduction:     Home like every other buildings or dwellings must be built, because you can't live in a house that was not built. So it means that,what we is meant to be lived in must be built. Do we even need to build home? I think the answer is very simple, do you know any divorced wife or husband around you? Yes anyone????
      Since there are divorce home or marriage  then is an indication that many home are in mess and some are under open roof while some in uncompleted building. You have this opportunity to build yours if you're still single,but you can learn how to amend yours if you're married.
      If you don't  intend to have good and solid home then don't bother about building because while building a home you don't intend to live in? Is a waste of time and resources Because not everyone is ready to have home,some prefer to be free and do or live as they wish while some are under what I called psychological curse of the home they came from.if you intend to stay in marriage then you need to learn how to build one through God's help.
    You also need to over Psychological curse,many of your family members or seniors never have a successful home  so you need to come out of that  dream and live in your own world of reality by building your home first through prophesying that my marriage will work in Jesus name,because am different and secondly use the biblical principles to build as well.

Text: Luke 14:28-30;
      But don’t begin until you count the cost. For who would begin construction of a building without first calculating the cost to see if there is enough money to finish it?

NLT:Otherwise, you might complete only the foundation before running out of money, and then everyone would laugh at you.

NLT:They would say, ‘There’s the person who started that building and couldn’t afford to finish it!’
       Verse 28 says don't begin until you count the cost; meaning don't begin until you have the necessary and sufficient resources to complete it. But in the world today people start building without planning to finish it,don't forget am referring to home as a building, many boys and girls wanted marriage but no resources to complete and that is why many homes are empty because the marriage will only last a year the first rain(challenge ) of the year will send them out by force because the building is incomplete, you need to ask people who has lived in an incomplete building before,they will have stories to tell(a physical building )
    A brother once told me that when they pack into his father's house just one or two rooms without proper window,when rain is falling no one can sleep even in the midnight, it was terrible experience but thank God the house is completed now; same with home not completed rain of slaps,beating will fall and the wind of loneliness,abuse,boredom  etc will hit the marriage.
    Many people ask questions that at what age can they engage? The answer I  have  for you is that have counted the cost? When an 100 level or ND 2 students Want to get engaged ask such when do you intend to marry,he may not know yet because no job to care for the home while the sisters will even say my husband will be rich it means you want to live in a house build without your impact; I pity you.
     Only a fool will buy a land and when time to build after foundation will not say; Ha! Cement is too costly  ooo and block too ,I tink I will leave the house like this. That is why bible says;vs 28

   So you need to count your cost first, what are the cost?
