Every leaders should know! 1

Text: Matthew 13:11
   And He replied to them, To you it has been given to know the secrets and mysteries of the kingdom of heaven, but to them it has not been given.

Message:
    leadership has been a mystery and will continue to be since the foundation of the world, many questions remain unsolved about  leaders of old,questions of God's choice,background etc.
     That is why everyone coming into leadership must understand the mystery because in this Kingdom there are mysterious things that must be known

     Jésus was referring the disciples,it is only given to them(You and I) to know the secrets of the Kingdom. Anyone called into leadership must understand the mystery otherwise such will never succed in whatever he/she does.

         This Amplified version opened my eyes to two issues:
1. Secrets
2. Mysteries of the Kingdom of heaven
      Meaning there are secrets things we need to understand in leadership and there are mysterious we must unlock.
     We have responsibility of knowing the secrets;
1. About your personal life
2. About your family
4. About your fellowship
5. About the land you are
6. About lives in your care.
        Leadership is not a social matter where we enjoy ourselves but a place where secrets things MUST be accessed.

Note: secret things can not be accessed only by those who have secret place and not secret lives!
      
Prayer:
Oh Lord empower my secret place that I may access the secrets things in jesus name.
