Courage for the weak Pt.2

Text: 1Sam 30:3-4
   And when David and his men came to the town, they saw that it had been burned down, and their wives and their sons and daughters had been made prisoners.
      Then David and the people who were with him gave themselves up to weeping till they were able to go on weeping no longer.

Memorise: 1Sam 30:6B
   but David made himself strong in the Lord his God.

Message:
  I realised that a man can be whatever and whomever he wants to become. God has really made us to be gods and we have ability beyond what we know.
      Our heart is the source of strength,power and ability to become great. challenges weaken the heart while encouragements strengthens it.

      Bible says when a man fails in the days of trouble his strength is not enough; David as we read above was in a terrible situation when he lost all he had worked for in a day, it was so serious to the extent that he and his warriors cried until they had no water coming out of their eyes.

   But bible says he(David) encouraged himself in the Lord. Don't expect anything or anyone to encourage you,do it yourself, there is strength unlimited in you all you need is to tap into this strength as David did.

Note:
  Tears weaken a man,but if you find yourself crying for your situation or lost then don't stop continue until the source of that your weakness dries up.
  When you cry yourself up then you find a new strength to forge ahead and overcome.

Prayer:
1. Oh Lord let the source of tears in my life dry up in the name of Jésus.
2. I receive grace to tap into the strength unlimited to overcome my challenges in the name of Jésus.
