Topic: Overcoming the world, The necessity.

Text: John 3:5-6
    Jesus said in answer, Truly, I say to you, If a man's birth is not from water and from the Spirit, it is not possible for him to go into the kingdom of God.

  That which has birth from the flesh is flesh, and that which has birth from the Spirit is spirit

Message:
    Jesus raised a very serious issue and matter of the kingdom here, many that has been struggling and praying on how to overcome worldliness in their personal life or church,  Jesus just gave a very clear picture why the struggle and how to solve the problem.

     Unless a man be born of water (Baptism) and the Spirit he can not see the kingdom of God. anyone that is not born of the Spirit can not overcome the world, because it takes the Spirit to overcome the world not knowledge.

         Many people have tried the modern Christianity to overcome the world yet such people/church have failed in the sense we see different immorality in the mist, this shows motivational talk and faith lifting message is not the way out;

     Are you born again? have you been born of the Spirit ?;
       when you are sincerely born again it means you confess your sin and you forsake them, the old lifestyle you don't live it again not that you only stop fornication but you still misbehave once in a while.......

     Being born again means the old man (you) is dead and there is a new you, in thinking,talking and your desire, Because the world claim it's power because many still desire things of the world and this empower WORLD over such.
      Unless you are born of the Spirit you can not overcome the world.

Note:
   The can't overcome the world with worldliness, it's impossible.

Prayer:
   Lord Jesus! I come to you today, I accept you as my lord, Deliver me from sin, I want to be born again,give me a new heart and new life in the name of Jesus.
