Husbands, have love for your wives, and be not bitter against them
MESSAGE BY PASTOR BABATUNDE SAMUEL
Man being a provider is more than financial issue, but includes contributing to the emotional, spiritual, and mental well being of his wife and kids. When man fails in this aspect, he becomes a head ache at home.
In Gen.30:25-30, Jacob and his family were living under the roof of Laban who was providing for them, but Jacob told him to let them go that he also may be able to provide for his family by himself …and now when shall I provide for mine own house? v 30c. Man ought to work and not be lazy in order to provide for his house, and woman will serve as supporter. If a man loves his wife and kids, he will lead, protect and provide for his family.
Note:
Marriage is a total commitment and total sharing of the total person with another person until death. If we understand this fact, there will be no room for head ache in the marriage. I pray that God will heal any form of head ache in every home in Jesus name, Amen.
