THE CROSS PT. 1

Text:Hebrew 12:2
  We do this by keeping our eyes on Jesus, the champion who initiates and perfects our faith. Because of the joy awaiting him, he endured the cross, disregarding its shame. Now he is seated in the place of honor beside God’s throne.

Memorise : Col. 1:20
   and through him God reconciled everything to himself. He made peace with everything in heaven and on earth by means of Christ’s blood on the cross.

Message:
   The cross is a sign and symbol of separation from sin and worldly desires and at the same  time the point of salvation which holds our deliverance and victory over sin, my question is, have you been to the cross?
    Any one who has been to the cross must have been crucified with Jesus and such is saved from sin and able to live,serve and please God, the problem in christiandom is because we have few ministers of the cross,(a pastor without the cross experience can't preach to his congregation) so the power and the efficacy of the cross is being ignore on the alter and that is why sin multiplied and increases in the church, because only those that experienced the cross can be free from sin.
    We all need to return to the cross and crucified the body of sin, until then our Christianity and services are fake and has no reward of  the eternal blessing in God. Tomorrow by God's grace we see the lifestyle at the cross and how to carry the cross because its meant to be carried after your salvation.

Note:
  If you're a Christian and you don't know if you have been to the cross then it's means you have not started the journey at all.

Prayer:
I accept the offer of the cross and give my life to be crucified with christ and live in him alone in Jesus name.
